Viewing Administrative Reports and REX/ProClarity Reports

Administrative Reports are REX reports for Department Administrators and other faculty or staff who need to view enrollment data for an Academic Department. REX/ProClarity reports are other reports that are available to faculty or staff with the appropriate security.

You must have the appropriate security in order to view either administrative reports or the other REX/ProClarity Reports. MAC Users need to see the link below for additional information on access to the REX/ProClarity reports.

If you do not have access to view the reports, submit an RT ticket at rt.umbc.edu to request access.
