Deerfield Academy seeks innovative and energetic candidates to fill the position of Teaching Fellow, a full-time, year-round position available for June 14, 2020 start.

Each year Deerfield hires 2-4 aspiring teachers as Teaching Fellows for a two-year program in which they have an opportunity to develop their teaching practice and, at the same time, earn a M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Teaching Fellows work with an experienced mentor, teach several classes, and participate in the rich and varied life of a boarding school while they also, with a cohort of peers, pursue the master’s degree awarded by UPenn GSE.
