Mailing address listed in library account randomly changing

The mailing address listed in my library account keeps converting back to an old address that I have not lived at for over 2 years. I have already checked, rechecked, double-triple-quadruple checked the mailing and permanent address listed in MyUMBC. It lists my current address. No mention of my previous address anywhere. By checking myUMBC I mean
sign into myUMBC--->profile---->student contact info
anybody else having this issue? And for the love of God, if you had it resolved, how did you go about resolving it? I have already created a help ticket about this. A help ticket that has shown no activity for the past 2 weeks. *sigh* In which time, the address in my library account has of course converted to the old one.
