Math/Psychology Building doors locked

why was the door locked on the ground floor of the Math/Psychology building. It is getting really difficult to walk around campus with either the doors being locked and the elevators not working. It is disheartening for people with disabilities who have trouble walking up steps. It is making me not want to go to class.
