    <div>The <em>All of Us</em> Research Program, an initiative spearheaded by the National Institutes of Health, aims to accelerate health research discoveries that enable individualized healthcare by building one of the world's largest and most diverse databases for health research. </div>
    <div><br></div>
    <div>The <em>All of Us</em> Research Program database offers access to a diverse, longitudinal dataset that can be used by students and faculty who may not have access to other datasets. </div>
    <div><br></div>
    <div>The NIH has worked with research communities and community members to ensure a robust research protocol that respects participants and the needs of the research community. This dataset includes biological and social determinants of health data on a large, inclusive scale, that follows participants as they move, age, and grow. </div>
    <div><br></div>
    <div>Researchers with access to the <em>All of Us </em>Researcher Workbench will have the potential to facilitate studies that could lead to new insight, treatment, and strategies for disease prevention that are tailored to individuals. </div>

    <div>In this Humanities Teaching Lab, participants will learn how to make a podcast in three stages: managing a project; crafting a story; and editing a session. This workshop will be led by <strong>Jamyla Krempel</strong>, Senior Editor of Audio and News Collaborations for The Baltimore Banner.</div>

Jamyla's background is in radio as a producer, reporter and host. She's also had the honor of teaching media literacy and podcasting to Baltimore high school students and University of Maryland, Baltimore County students. A native of the Baltimore area, she is passionate about the city, opportunities to experiment with new ways to tell stories and helping people find information and resources. She spends a lot of time talking about pizza and pugs.</div>

    <h6><span>The Political Science Predoctoral Summer Institute (PS-PSI) is a week-long training program for students who are considering pursuing a PhD in political science or a closely related field. The Institute offers an opportunity to meet other undergraduate students with similar interests, and to interact and network with faculty and graduate students from Georgetown University. </span></h6>
    <h6>
    <span>You will learn more about the substance and methods of political science and about political science PhD programs, discuss your research interests, and workshop application materials.</span><br><br>
    </h6>
    <h6>The PS-PSI pays for participants' travel expenses (up to $150) and for lodging at Georgetown, and provides a $1,000 stipend. <span>We offer relevant materials in advance of the PS-PSI to help participants prepare; provide the materials participants will use at the Institute, and connect participants with excellent resources to help them continue their path forward after the Institute. We also provide support for one formal GRE preparation class and one GRE test (with prior approval).</span>
