Graduate Research Assistantships Available - Fully funded Opportunity for Doctoral Students

MIPAR has several openings for fully funded GRA's to be placed at the Maryland Deptartment of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) on West Preston Street in Baltimore City. These assistantships include the standard university package--stipend, health insurance, and tuition remission. They are 12-month positions, 20 hrs./wk. with a 2-week vacation and the students are UMBC GRA's (not DHMH). 

Selected GRA's also receive time off during the week between Christmas and New Years. The offices which have vacancies include:  Tobacco Use Reduction; Family Planning/Home Visits; Emergency Preparedness; and Population Health Improvement.  Experience is not necessary.
