The schedule for Spring 2022 classes will go live on Monday, October 25 (next week!). Registration starts on November 2, but registration clearance appointments and advising are available now! Visit our handy guide to make sure you'll be ready when your registration time begins!

Winter Session Registration - Now Open!

Are you thinking about taking a winter class, either to catch up, or get ahead? Registration for Winter 2022 is now open. You don't need registration clearance for Winter classes, but you're welcome to make an appointment with Dr. Oyen to talk about ways that a Winter class might fit into your plans. 

Midterms - How's Your Semester Going?

Midterms can be a stressful time, as you juggle lots of deadlines, projects, and exams all at once. There are lots of resources on and around campus to help you manage your time and stress and succeed - here's a few that might be of interest this time of year: 

• Check out the Counseling Center for help with managing time and stress, or visit their Mind Spa if you just need a space to relax someplace quiet for a little while. Someone is available any time, day or night, if you need them. 
• Take a study break! Visit the RAC, explore campus's green spaces, or wander over to Arbutus to get a cup of coffee at OCA Mocha. 
• Need some help with class? The Academic Success Center is your one-stop shop for help with everything from writing to tutoring to academic advocacy on your behalf. Visit them in Sherman Hall 345, or set up an appointment online. 

ASCOM Meetings This Fall

Interested in meeting other students interested in Asian Studies? Check out ASCOM, the Asian Studies Council of Majors! They meet regularly throughout the semester in Fine Arts 558 on Fridays at noon, and new members are always welcome.

• Now through January 6: Winter session registration is open.
• Now through February 4: Advising and registration clearance for Spring 2022 classes. 
• October 22 (Monday): Spring 2022 schedule available online.
• November 2: Spring 2022 registration begins.
