Creating A Technology Business in a Traditional World
A vast majority of the technologies that we interact with on a daily
basis are actually fairly old, and yet, we are oblivious to the deep
impact they have on our lives. Homes are probably the least
technologically evolved product that we use everyday. We spend a vast
majority of our time, resources, and money on homes. With continued
urbanization, we will be doubling the number of houses on the planet in
the next 40 years. The amount of Carbon footprint that this could add is
the problem of our generation.
As a founder, Sankarshan took on the mission of using the advances in product development and technology to make homes efficient. Bumblebee uses advanced robotics and AI to productize “space”, creating an opportunity to make homes radically more efficient, smart and sustainable. In the talk, he will talk about his entrepreneurial journey and focus on the mission. He will share some of the common themes that have helped him develop a sense of looking around the corner when it comes to building products and markets.
