The Art Week 2012 Showcase will span both of The Commons’ Galleries (Mezzanine & 2nd Floor) as well as Lower Flat Tuesdays and The Commons Mainstreet. All motion work will be shown on the screens in Lower Flat

Tuesdays, with the possibility of other spaces (details pending.)

Please complete this form (attached, available on the website, and in the commonvision store front) and submit it with your work to commonvision: Design & Print Center, located in the Mainstreet Lounge to the right of the Bookstore in The Commons. If you are submitting multiple pieces, you will need to fill out a form for each for labeling purposes. Unless stated otherwise, all work - whether it is in physical or digital form - should be submitted in person to commonvision during normal business hours.

The submission deadline for free printing (up to $5.00) at commonvision: Design & Print Center isTuesday, March 27th. The submission deadline for all other 2-D work is Thursday, March 29th.You are not restricted by size, but please consider the physical limitations of the gallery spaces in The Commons when choosing pieces to submit. Submissions should be delivered to commonvision in physical or digital form.

Quicktime files (.mov) are preferred, saved at standard definition (approximately 720x480), and they may not exceed 10 minutes in length. Submit your files on a CD or DVD and attach this form to the outside of the case or sleeve.
