Welcome signage for Dr. Sheares Ashby
To go up the morning of August 1
Hi folks,
Jim Lord created an animation to be used to welcome our new president, Valerie Sheares Ashby, when she starts at UMBC on August 1. He uploaded it into the files section of the group.
I'd love to get this on as many screens as possible, especially the RAC marquee, the Admin 1st floor screen, and in The Commons, early on the morning of August 1 so it's up when she gets to work.
We'd like to keep it up through Homecoming.

Retriever Essentials new free pantry location

Hello,
Retriever Essentials, UMBC's food access initiative that seeks to end hunger on campus, is opening a brand new, in-person pantry location. The Essential Space, located in 235 RAC, will be a one-stop shop for anyone on our campus community who needs food, toiletries, or baby items.
Please consider sharing this graphic on your display to get the word out. Food insecurity is an invisible challenge; you never know who you might be helping by sharing this information.

UMBC Community Mental Heath Action Day on Thursday
Help us get the word out!
University Steering Committee has coordinated the schedule for Thursday's Mental Health Action Day and I've offered to help get the word out by utilizing some of the digital displays on campus. Currently we are set to show these video in the Commons and PAHB through Thursday afternoon and it would be great to expand the visibility even further.
If you control any screens and are able to add this video into your presentations through Thursday afternoon it would be greatly appreciated!

New Flu Shot Clinic and Updated COVID Messaging
Hi everyone!
It has been updated with some new animations and stills along with some updates to older content to have an updated lockup for Retriever Integrated Health. University Health Services and Counseling Center are combining into RIH and those lockups will no longer be used.

Welcome to the Digital Signage User Group!
The team at commonvision has created content for screens to share campus wide.
In an effort to provide and reinforce university messaging related to COVID-19 we have created a box folder of animations that we have produced so far:
