Library Printing, iMacs Unavailable Thursday, October 4 New printers being installed Printing in the Library will be unavailable on Thursday, October 4 as we install new printers on the first floor. These new printers will handle both color AND black-and-white printing. The printers will also be configured to allow copying, and scanning to a flash drive.

Current UMBC students, faculty, and staff will still be able to print from the Retriever Learning Center on Thursday.

In addition, the iMacs will be offline as they are networked to the new printers.

British Online Archives provides access to two collections: BBC handbooks, accounts and annual reports (1927-2002). Included here are financial data, reviews of each year's public service broadcasts, detailed broadcast schedules, audience research and commentaries and editorials.

The second collection offers access to the records of the Listener Research Department from its inception in 1936 through the years of World War II until the establishment of the first national television station in 1950. Included here are weekly audience summaries, Audience Reaction Reports, policy documents, and early attempts at market research.

This series brings together a wealth of collections spanning two centuries of Britain's colonisation, commercial, missionary and even literary relations with Africa and the Americas. Thirty-three collections are included, ranging from early colonial and missionary records from West Africa to Australian records to Jamaican plantation records to eccleastical, court and land records from Manchester cathedral.

You are free to search and browse results from all collections, but you may only view images in items included in the trial. These are identified with the following icon:You are licensed to view this item.
