History 348 focuses on the development of the American and British Intel
services during the 20th century and into the 21st century.
You will examine specific case studies:
--the Atomic Bomb spy rings of the 1940s and 1950s,
--the US Spy Rings in the later 20th century
--the development of Cyber Espionage in the early 21st century
You will study the methods and practice of espionage organizations and investigate motivations of various spies and spy rings.
You will explore directions for future intelligence activities and relationships between past and current national intelligence services.
