Open Enrollment will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, November 12, 2021. Thank you to everyone who attended our information sessions and logged in to the SPS Workday system to make changes. Below are a few reminders for employees who need to take action on their health benefits for the 2022 plan year.

• Enrollment or changes are made in the SPS Workday system.
• Visit the SPS Workday Resources page for help navigating the system.
• Employees choosing to make healthcare or dependent-care FSA elections for 2022 must log in to SPS Workday prior to 5 p.m. on Friday, November 12, 2021.
• Employees who add new dependents must upload the required documentation.

Employees who are not making an FSA election or other health benefit changes do not need to take action.

• Sessions are vendor specific (noted at the end of each link) i.e., United Concordia
• Join as many as you like – no need to register in advance!
• Sessions will provide a quick overview of the program and then time for Q&A

These seminars are a valuable planning tool for all eligible members and their spouses, provided by the MD State Pension Agency via the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). Employees who attend should be within 8 years of retiring.
