The Interpretation and Outreach Manager (IOM) is the Baltimore National Heritage Area’s (BNHA) main liaison to its cultural and heritage partners. The IOM works with these partners and BNHA staff to plan, create, and execute programs and events that engage visitors, residents and Baltimore City Public School students in the primary interpretive themes stated in the Baltimore National Heritage Area 2012 Comprehensive Management Plan.
