The Urban Arts Leadership Program (UALP) is a program of the Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance (GBCA) and was designed to increase the participation of groups that have been historically underrepresented, particularly those of color, in the management of cultural and artistic organizations.

Sales Position:

To be successful in our fast paced art gallery, you must be dynamic & self motivated. Candidates must have an upbeat and professional demeanor, a desire to help our clientele "personalize" their homes and offices with art, and excellent closing skills.

Position summary: Provide support to for the GRAD MIX lecture series and the Program Director of the Mount Royal School of Art including the organization of events, coordination of visiting artists, assistance with correspondence and general program support. The position requires 24 hours per week, 10 months/year. Ideally these hours are concentrated on 3 days of the week.
