Ticket Agents represent the face of the BSO and are responsible for all aspects of customer service, including but not limited to subscription sales, single ticket sales, exchanges and resolving customer issues by phone, e-mail/web, mail, fax and in person for all BSO venues, including the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and the Music Center at Strathmore. Ticket Agents must possess a friendly, service oriented demeanor and be willing to go above and beyond to assist BSO patrons. Must be flexible and willing to work evening and weekend hours.

Baltimore Choral Arts is seeking a part-time Box Office Manager.

Baltimore Choral Arts is one of Maryland’s premier professional cultural institutions. Led by Music Director Tom Hall, the Emmy Award winning chorus performs throughout the mid-Atlantic region, as well as in Washington, DC, New York, and Europe.
