Port Discovery Children's Museum provides experiences that ignite imagination, inspire learning, and nurture growth through play. We are currently looking for a friendly and outgoing Sales Administrative Assistant, with strong attention to detail and communication skills, to actively assist in the sale of the museum to groups, both school and non-school organizations. As part of the Sales team, the Assistant is responsible for providing exemplary, accurate and efficient service for all museum groups through the reservation and visit process.

Monut Vernon Virtuosi is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking, energetic and dedicated grant writer. The right applicant should have experience in the arts (preferably music) and also in grant writing. A significant portion of our funding comes from grants so this position is an integral part of our organization.

This is a part-time position that pays $25 per hour.

Chesapeake Arts Center (CAC) seeks an enthusiastic, ambitious, and goal-oriented Community Outreach Coordinator who is passionate about how the power of arts can facilitate community connections and bring people of diverse backgrounds together. This is a part-time (20-25 hours/week), hourly position, grant-funded position for one year which could be extended . At CAC, we encourage and promote open-minded thinking and honest dialogue utilizing the arts as a catalyst for crosscultural collaborations that celebrate and embrace our community’s rich diversity.

The Assistant Curator will work with the Director of Collections and Chief Registrar, and the Vice President of Collections and Chief Curator to create thoughtful and inclusive exhibitions for the Maryland Center for History and Culture and to bolster access to the permanent collection through research, education, tours, and programs.
