The AngelWing Project (AWP), Maryland’s only documentary theatre, is looking for a few amazing college interns & adult volunteers who seek a very hands-on experience, not making coffee runs or making copies, but rather, performing genuine assignments essential to the day-to-day operations of the theatre.

The Howard County Arts Council is seeking part-time Building Attendants to work 2 – 3 shifts per week (including weekend hours) at the Howard County Center for the Arts (HCAC), a 27,000 square foot multi-disciplinary arts center operated by the Arts Council and located in Ellicott City. Special event hours may be available depending on the building schedule.

Young Audiences of Maryland (YA) will offer paid summer internships to 35 rising seniors from Baltimore City Public High Schools. This internship program includes: meaningful work experience and a special project through a placement at an arts/cultural institution; behind-the-scenes tours/presentations at arts organizations; and the chance to see/hear/talk about works of art in various arts disciplines (visual art, music, theatre, dance, design, film/video, technology). Students will also receive guidance and support with college applications and build strong career skills.

The Intern will work on the BMA's digital database, The Museum System (TMS), to catalog artworks, update object records, and enter notes from scholarly consultant reports. They will have the chance to develop their connoisseurship of non-western art and work hands-on with a one of the country's best collections of African art.

Candidate must be familiar with brand compliance to keep design work consistent with the JCC’s brand identity and guidelines. Candidate should have a strong portfolio of high-quality cross-platform work that includes digital and print design and have extensive experience with Mac operating system, Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, and Power Point.
