Compensation: $12/hour

Description: Museum Educators lead interactive tours of museum exhibits and hands-on activities for school field trips, adult and senior tours, and scout programs and birthday parties. Programs range in duration from 60 to 90 minutes, with multiple programs occurring on any given day. Additional responsibilities include set-up, clean-up, and preparation of education materials. Hours vary depending on the needs of the groups scheduled and availability. This position is primarily scheduled on weekdays.

As vital part of the Guest Services Department and Port Discovery team, Museum Experience Associates are responsible for providing guests with an excellent, memorable experience, stellar customer service, and supporting the Museum’s educational philosophy. As a member of our team, you’ll support playful learning and discovery through meaningful interaction with children and adults, ignite imaginations, and teach children through hands-on experiences.

Single Carrot Theatre seeks an enthusiastic and charismatic Development Director to oversee the theatre’s annual fundraising goal of approximately $350,000 for its theatrical, education, and community programming, with an intent to increase revenue goals in future years. Funding sources will include individual donors, local and national foundations, and corporations.

Single Carrot Theatre (SCT) is committed to creating enthusiastic 21st-century learners through ensemble-building, collaboration, and theatrical performance. SCT will be working with Francis Scott Key Elementary/Middle School to implement a new in-school theatre program culminating in three theatrical productions with different age groups toward the end of the school year. SCT is looking for a part-time Lead Teaching Artist (10-15 hours/week) to spearhead this program.
