Port Discovery Children’s Museum is looking for a responsible and energetic individual to be our full-time Guest Services Assistant Supervisor. The Supervisor assists in the operation of the museum with a special focus on Museum operations and training, as well as works in conjunction with Guest Services management to create a positive working environment for all Guest Services staff. Assist in the supervision of a staff of up to 30 Program Associates by conducting “rounds” and mentoring employees in their overall training in the Museum.

This position also has key responsibilities for security functions including opening and closing of the buildings; and monitoring the safety and security of MdHS facilities.
