Spotlighters is seeking an intern for the Spring Semester (or longer) to work with our Executive Director and our Capital Campaign consultant on our Grants and Development Program.

Individual will work to research new grant sources, and prepare and submit grants to local foundations for support of the theatre and its programs.

The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Campaign and Research Associate to support the BSO’s Resounding Campaign—a comprehensive, multi-year $65,000,000 Campaign. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting and expanding the daily fundraising operations of this multi-year campaign through prospect research and management and stewardship; strengthening the internal systems and processes of the BSO’s Development department.

This position is a vital member of the senior staff and is responsible for raising roughly half of the Theatre’s annual operating budget from individual, foundation, government and corporate sources to support the Theatre’s acclaimed productions and continually-evolving education and community engagement programs.
