The Walters Art Museum seeks a dynamic and energetic individual to work in its retail operation as a part time Lead Sales Assistant/Third Key to provide a high level of customer service to the Museum Store visitors and assuring the daily operation of the Museum Store in management’s absence. Baltimore Ghost Tours (www.baltimoreghosttours.com) has a late summer/fall opening for a tour guide for our two hour haunted pub walks in and one hour haunted walking tours in Fell’s Point.

Tours are on Friday and Saturdays, March - November, at 7:00pm (pub tours) and 8:00 pm (ghost tours), and group tours are scheduled for various dates/times.

Box Office Manager:

Manage patron relations, process ticket orders: use ticketing software to process all ticket orders –single tickets and subscriptions; maintain patron database. Process phone and snail mail orders.

Answer patron inquiries by email and phone; monitor voicemail messages; return and track calls in a timely manner especially during concert week.

Track and report on ticket sales; monitor inventory.

Center Stage is seeking a self-starting, highly organized Company Manager to join our fast-paced Artistic Department. The Company Manager is an integral part of the Artistic team and takes the lead on providing exceptional concierge service to the 100+ guest artists that visit Center Stage each year. The ideal candidate can work both independently and collaboratively, loves theater, and has a minimum of two years’ experience in company management or related arts management field. This is a fulltime exempt position.
