The Baltimore Museum of Art (BMA) seeks a highly motivated Advancement Services Coordinator to enter constituent and gift information into the Museum’s donor database and play a pivotal role on the advancement team.

This position reports to the Director of Annual Giving and Advancement services and will be a key player on the advancement team ensuring that constituent and gift information are logged accurately, and advancement financial transactions are reconciled with finance staff monthly.

The Baltimore Museum of Art seeks a full-time Assistant Director of Annual Giving to be an integral part of their Advancement Annual Giving team. The ideal candidate will have experience in focused strategizing, designing, and executing communications and benefits for members and annual donors to the museum.

The Assistant Director of Annual Giving collaborates with colleagues in the Advancement Division and across the institution including the senior leadership team. This full-time, exempt position reports to the Director of Annual Giving.

Role description: The Lighting Designer will design and program lighting cues for an upcoming Bmore Broadway Live theatrical production. The Lighting Designer will use lights to communicate time, place, and mood, and direct audience attention, collaborating with the Director, Set Designer, and Costume Designer to tell the story of the piece.

Position Description

The Baltimore Museum of Art seeks a highly motivated Assistant Director of Events, Advancement who will play an integral role in the Events department as liaison and lead for all Advancement programming. This full-time, exempt position is responsible for overall project management of events that support the Museum’s fundraising initiatives for trustee, major donor, member, and corporate audiences, among others. As such, this position requires significant collaboration and communication activity with other divisions, departments, and general staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The BMA is seeking a full-time Museum Educator to lead dynamic, interactive in-person, and virtual tours primarily for pre-K through grade 12 audiences, and for adult audiences as needed. The Museum Educator will guide hands-on tours for Close Encounters, Literacy through Art, and single-visit school groups, substituting when called upon to lead adult tours.

The BMA is seeking temporary art educators to lead the BMA’s Free Family Sundays workshop series. Art educators will plan and execute drop-in art workshops for families. This role will work in partnership with the Director of Public Programs and the Education and Interpretation division to develop the program’s curricula and art-making activities, as well as lead the artmaking workshops.
