Special Event/Marketing Intern Position

Objective

A valuable work and learning experience for the intern and a productive contribution to Baltimore Choral Arts.

FULL-TIME Development Coordinator

The Support Specialist provides support to the Foundation’s general administrative, accounting, grants management, database administration, external affairs, and office operations functions.

Habimah Performing Arts Camp is a multi-disciplinary camp giving kids in grades 1-6 exposure and skill-building in theater, music, dance and more. They will also have swimming every day and lots of fun outdoor time and a field trip. A final showcase of what they've learned will be performed in the Gordon Center on the final Friday of each 2-week session.

Ideal senior counselor candidates will have the following:

 Several years of experience as camp counselors or other related experience with children ages 6-12

Baltimore Wicked History Tours (www.wickedhistorybaltimore.com), the same team that runs Baltimore Ghost Tours (www.baltimoreghosttours.com), has an opening this for a tour guide for our two hour Mt Vernon Wicked History pub tour in Mt Vernon, and our 1.5 hour Fells Point Wicked History Walking Tour in Fells Point.

Concert Artists of Baltimore seeks an organized and personable applicant for an immediate opening (ideal start date March 2, 2015) for a Box Office and Administrative Assistant. This position is part-time and reports to the Executive Director. Under the leadership of Artistic Director and founder Edward Polochick, Concert Artists of Baltimore is in the midst of its 28th season of presenting concerts by a professional chamber orchestra and chorus.

Core Duties

Box Office:

We have an immediate opening for an individual to work Wednesday thru Sunday from 11:00am to 3:30pm in the Security Department. The incumbent will have responsibility for providing security for the Museum’s collection and Special Exhibitions by patrolling the galleries as assigned; and for providing lunch and afternoon breaks for Gallery Officers:

We have an immediate opening for an individual to work in the Security Department on the Evening Shift (4:00pm to 12:00 midnight), Sunday through Thursday.
