A full-time Operations and Development Manager will support the Baltimore Chapter of The American Institute of Architects (AIA Baltimore) and allied organizations. Qualified candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate and work with the AEC industry, the general public, staff, numerous organization leaders, volunteers, and members.

The Associate Director will work directly under the supervision of the AIA Baltimore/Baltimore Architecture Foundation (BAF) Executive Director and will be responsible for administering the BAF day to day operations, and execution of events and promotional endeavors, and support organizational development.

Role description: The Lighting Designer will design and program lighting cues for the current production of Bmore Broadway Live, Black Music Fest. The Lighting Designer will use lights to communicate time, place, and mood, and direct audience focus, collaborating with the Director, Set Designer, and Costume Designer to tell the story of the piece.

The Howard County Arts Council is seeking a part-time Building Attendant to work 2 – 3 shifts per week (including weekend hours) at the Howard County Center for the Arts (HCAC), a 27,000 square foot multi-disciplinary arts center operated by the Arts Council and located in Ellicott City. The Stage Manager will maintain the rehearsal and performance logistics for upcoming Dance & Bmore productions. The Stage Manager will facilitate communication between the director, creative team, cast, and crew. The Stage Manager will maintain a copy of the script with notes about all blocking and technical cues. The Stage Manager will supervise the pre-show routine and call all technical cues during the show. The Stage Manager will serve as representative of the creative team after the show has opened to maintain the show’s consistency and quality.

Role Responsibilities:

Ladew Topiary Gardens (Ladew) seeks an Associate, Annual Fund and Membership to continue building on the fundraising program’s success in recent years. Reporting to the Senior Director, Development and Communications, and working closely with the Director of Development, the Associate, Annual Fund and Membership will nurture positive relationships with all constituencies, including current and prospective donors of less than $1,500 annually, current and prospective members, other friends of Ladew Gardens, and a collegial staff.
