Baltimore Center Stage invites applications for the position of ARTISTIC PRODUCING ASSOCIATE, COMPANY MANAGEMENT (APA), to join a dynamic (and often hilarious artistic team). The APA reports to the Director of Artistic Producing and works closely with the Artistic Producing Manager and the rest of the artistic and production departments. This position is envisioned as an entry point to artistic producing. A key member of the artistic team, the APA drives the artist services and company management function of the organization.

The Fiscal Officer reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Finance and Executive Committees and the Audit Subcommittee of the Board. This position is a part of the Senior Staff for Maryland Humanities and is a leadership role which works collaboratively with all staff.

The MD affiliate Young Audiences/Arts for Learning (YA) has grown steadily over the past decade, resulting in a $6M budget, with 30 staff and more than 400 independent contractors providing more than 12,000 programs to 170,000 students each year.

Baltimore Center Stage is seeking a Donor Relationships Manager to join the BCS team. The primary focus of this position will be focused on cultivating and stewarding individual donors with the ultimate goal of the growth of the individual giving portfolio. Responsibilities include managing a personal portfolio of prospects and renewals, creating cultivation plans for all individual donors, developing relationships with donors and overseeing annual solicitations to individual constituents. The position is a direct report to the Director of Advancement.
