Overview: The Office Manager is responsible for reception, box office, volunteer coordination, and front of house during daytime hours and provides administrative and marketing support for all departments of the organization.
Classification: Full time, Exempt
Reports to: Operations & Rentals Manager
Compensation: $34,000- $38,000

Overview: Box Office Associate act as ambassadors for Creative Alliance, assist patrons, and help with day to day operations of the box office. This position mainly consists evening and weekend hours during performances, screenings, and special events.

Principal Responsibilities:

Schedule: Flexible schedule with mandatory availability during afterschool programming Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-7:30pm. Expected to work some weekends.

Compensation: Minimum $37-40,000 + health insurance and optional retirement plan
