Young Audiences is seeking experienced artists to submit their qualifications to be contracted as an Artist Apprentice
Intern during the Summer Arts & Learning Academy (SALA) in Summer 2020.

Job Summary: The Music Director/ Instrumentalist works collaboratively with the Pastors and members of the congregation to lead and encourage people of all ages, cultures, and talents to participate in the music ministry of the Church in order to enhance the worship experience and encourage spiritual growth through music. She/he reports directly to the Senior Pastor and Chairperson of Worship, Music, and Sacraments (WMS) Council. She/he interacts on a regular basis with all Pastors, other Church office staff, musicians (paid and volunteer) and relevant Church Councils.

Single Carrot is hiring musicians for the band for our upcoming production of Miranda Rose Hall’s Bulgaria! Revolt!

Looking for Musicians that play the following instruments:

Piano, Bass, Guitar, Accordion, Violin, Clarinet, and Percussion

Auditions:

Thursday, January 16, 7pm-10pm

Saturday, January 18, 12pm-4pm

SINGLE CARROT THEATRE SEEKS MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

The Howard County Arts Council is currently seeking proposals from artists with public art experience for ARTsites 2020, a one-year outdoor sculpture exhibit on display in Howard County, Maryland from August 2020 to July 2021. Selected artists will be awarded a $3,000 grant to participate in the exhibit. Deadline to apply is February 28, 2020.

Single Carrot Theatre (SCT) is seeking overhire to support the Technical Director in load in and load out of performance venues, execution of show designs, space set up for rentals, and other support as needed. SCT is performing in site-specific non performance spaces all over Baltimore City.

The Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance (GBCA) nurtures and promotes a vibrant, diverse, and sustainable arts and cultural community, essential to the region’s quality of life. GBCA supports the needs of more than 400 members from the Baltimore region (Baltimore City and the five surrounding counties) including arts, culture, history, and heritage organizations, as well as individual artists. GBCA requires a strong infrastructure to steward its members and to develop new programs and initiatives.
