Full Title: "Stuff a Sienna!" Local Russel Toyota Supports A Great Cause

Come celebrate with The Shriver Living Learning Center and Russel Toyota Tuesday, March 23rd-Saturday, March 27th! The Shriver Living Learning Center (SLLC) is a Living Learning Community on the UMBC campus that has been engaged in service-learning on and off campus for nearly 10 years! Current SLLC students and alumni will reunite to celebrate and collaborate in service to our community on Saturday, March 27th, which is supported through The Shriver Center and the Office of Undergraduate Education.

In celebration of this event, Russel Toyota in Catonsville is generously sponsoring “Stuff a Sienna,” a book drive to benefit The Book Thing in Baltimore. The Book Thing’s mission is “to put unwanted books into the hands of those who want them.” Any books are acceptable (yes, even text books), but children’s books are especially wanted.

A 2010 Sienna will be featured starting Tuesday, March 23rd every day on The Commons Circle near Academic Services from 9am-5pm. The min-van will remain on campus in that location (9am-5pm) until the SLLC Reunion on Saturday, March 27th. Drop off your books on your way to class!

Russel Toyota staff will also be available to connect with you and your inner auto aficionado to talk cars on Wednesday, March 24th from 11:30-2pm! So come on over, chat with a Russel Toyota staff person, and bring that box of books that has been sitting in your basement!
