    <p><strong><span>Jewish Museum of Maryland 2013 Summer Internships</span></strong></p>
    <div><p><span>Interning
     with the Jewish Museum of Maryland (JMM) is a dynamic, interesting, 
    educational, and fun experience. JMM summer internships are full time 
    for ten weeks and include a modest stipend. All summer interns at the 
    JMM participate in professional development workshops, attend field 
    trips, and contribute to the museum’s blog.  Free parking is provided. 
    Housing is not provided. Orientation for the summer internship program 
    will be held on Monday June 3, 2012. Requirements and application 
    deadlines vary by department.</span></p></div>

    <p><strong><span>JMM ARCHIVES INTERN</span></strong></p>
    <p><span>The
     Jewish Museum of Maryland seeks a qualified intern to assist in the 
    museum archives. The Archives Intern will be responsible for cataloging 
    archival documents, processing manuscript collections, and assisting 
    with the triennial archives inventory.  Processing collections involves 
    organizing archival collections and writing documents that help 
    researchers locate materials within the collection.  Duties may also 
    include digitizing parts of archival collections as well as research.</span></p>
    <p><span>Interested
     students should be working toward a degree in history, art history, 
    material culture, Jewish studies, museum studies, or library science. 
    Previous museum or library experience is not required. This internship 
    is full time for ten weeks and includes a modest stipend.</span></p>

    projects. Tasks include, but are not limited to: cataloging new 
    donations and loans, collections inventory, object photography, data 
    entry, digitizing photographic collections, artifact handling, and 
    indexing and/or transcribing oral histories.</span></p>
    <p><span>Interested
     students should be working toward a degree in museum studies, archival 
    science, history, art history, material culture, or Jewish studies. 
    Previous museum experience not required. Attention to detail required. 
    This internship is full time for ten weeks and includes a modest 
    stipend.</span></p>

    and providing marketing assistance. </span></p>
    <p><span>Time expectation: 30 hours per week</span></p>

    <p><span>The Jewish Museum of Maryland seeks a qualified intern to assist in research for upcoming <em>Jews, Health, and Healing</em>
     exhibition, projected to open at the JMM in spring 2015. Tasks include,
     but are not limited to: research in JMM archival holdings, oral history
     transcription, assisting in collection of materials from community 
    members. </span></p>
    <p><span>Interested
     students should be working toward a degree in history, medical history,
     museum studies, or curatorial studies. Experience and/or interest in 
    conducting oral histories a plus, but previous museum or gallery 
    experience is not required. Internship will run 10 weeks and includes a 
    modest stipend. This internship can be used for academic credit.</span></p>

    for processing, cataloging and digitizing the JMM photograph collection 
    as well as assisting with image research for a variety of publications 
    and exhibitions. </span></p>

     students should be working toward a degree in history, art history, 
    material culture, Jewish studies, museum studies, library science, or 
    photography. Previous museum or library experience is not required. This

    handling, cataloguing archaeology specimens, reconciling object numbers,
     assisting in LSS collections inventory, object photography, and data 
    entry.</span></p>
    <p><span>Interested
     students should be working toward a degree in museum studies, 
    archaeology, history, art history, material culture, or Jewish studies. 
    Attention to detail required. Experience with numbering systems is 
    preferred. Experience with object photography preferred. This internship
     is full time for ten weeks and includes a modest stipend.</span></p>

    Showcase</u><br><br>Wednesday, March 27th from 3 to 8PM<br>NSA headquarters, Fort Meade, MD</strong><br><br>Space is limited.  STEM majors encouraged to apply.<br><br>This is a site visit which showcases our diversity of careers
     and leadership with students
     interested in working in the intelligence community, specifically NSA. 
    Attendees also get to see and hear from senior executives as well as network
     with current employees who work in their area of study.</span><br><br>
    <p><span>Students
     from STEM majors are encouraged to attend but also students from the 
    following fields: International Studies/International Relations, Foreign
     Language (Arabic,
     Chinese, Korean, Persian, Farsi).  This event is open to freshmen 
    through graduate students.</span></p>

    <p>PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION</p>
    <p>The primary purpose of the internship will be to expose this individual to the building of a new strategy around Enterprise Data Management and then work on specific projects, innovative ideas to move the strategy forward. These ideas might include business analytics, data integration, building data stores, working with vendors of key data management products. The intern will help move this strategy forward presenting new ideas and proving out specific pilot programs.</p>
    <p>PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
    <p>*Work on the Data Management framework and understand strategy building the Data Management capabilities</p>
    <p>*Work specifically on integrating data from various sources into a ‘Data Sandbox’</p>
    <p>*Work with business intelligence tools like Spotfire, Tableau, Business Objects to produce analytical reports</p>
    <p>*Work with vendors on their product offerings on data quality, data services, data protection and privacy etc.</p>
    <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p>
    <p>*Sophomore status in college with a 3.0 or higher GPA required</p>
    <p>*Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.</p>
    <p>*Classes or experience focused on Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Archiving/Retention, Data Governance, Metadata, Master Data, Data Quality, Data Architecture etc.</p>
    <p>*Strong written and verbal communication skills</p>
    <p>*Ability to work in team setting</p>
    <p>*Highly motivated and goal oriented</p>
    <p>*Strong Analytical background- possibly Engineering</p>

<Title>Paid Summer Instructional Positions with CTY Johns Hopkins</Title>

    <h2>Why Work for CTY?</h2>
    <p>At CTY you will work with an exceptional 
    group of students, make contacts and friendships with dynamic 
    colleagues, and gain valuable experience in a rigorous academic 
    community. CTY has consistently been named as one of the top internships
     in leading publications. We have a network of past employees now 
    working in positions ranging from heads of school to deans of students 
    to university professors.</p>
    <p>The starting salary for instructors 
    ranges from $2,400-$3,000 per 3-week session, depending on education and
     experience. Teaching assistants earn $1,150 per 3-week session, and 
    residential assistants earn $1,350 per 3-week session. Salaries for 
    administrators vary by position. Room and board are provided at 
    residential sites.</p>
    <h2>Core Dates for 2013</h2>
    <p><strong>Session 1:</strong> June 20 - July 13, 2013<br><strong>Session 2:</strong> July 13 - August 3, 2013</p>

    <div class="html-content">Summer Clinical Internship <br>St. Vincent’s Villa<br>2600 Pot Spring Road / 2300 Dulaney Valley Road, Timonium, MD 21093<br><br><br>The Summer Clinical Intern (Bachelor in Social Work or Psychology) is responsible for providing case management assistance for a small caseload of children and families, and assisting with individual, dyad and group therapeutic programming for the unit. Interns may assist in coordinating and/or supervising visitation for appropriate family members.   S/he will learn to complete routine clinical paperwork including psychosocial assessments, contact notes and discharge summaries, and outcomes data collection.<br><br>The Summer Clinical Intern serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team, will attend appropriate clinical meetings (i.e. medication review, treatment team, admissions) as possible based on the assigned days in field, and may serve as a direct link to the community through case management activities.  The Clinical Intern may also be involved with special projects for the unit, based on interest and need.  <br><br>This internship is available from May/June-August for a minimum of 8 weeks in the field, 15-30 hours/week, no weekend hours.<br><br><strong>APPLY TODAY VIA UMBCworks!!!</strong><br><br>Don't have an approved resume on UMBCworks, call the Shriver Center at

    <p><strong>Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) analysis and development internship</strong>. 
     In this position you will work with CNE analysts and other computer 
    security professionals to examine a  variety of tools and applications 
    for potentially
     exploitable vulnerabilities.  You will then use this data to develop 
    signatures and possibly proof of concept exploits.  Must be eligible for
     a TS/SCI security clearance.   </p>
    
    <p><strong>Computer security mobile application development internship</strong>. 
     In this position you will work with software engineers and computer 
    security professionals to develop computer security utilities for mobile
     platforms such as Android,
     iOS, and Windows Phone.  Must be eligible for a TS/SCI security 
    clearance. 
    </p>
    
    <strong>Computer Network Operations (CNO) situational awareness development internship</strong>. 
     In this position you will work with software engineers and CNO 
    professionals to develop a web-based situational awareness application. 
     The architecture
     includes a web graphical user interface, web services, database, and 
    back-end utilities to manage data flow, transport, and transformation. 
      Primary languages/APIs/tools you will use are Java, PHP, JQuery, 
    OpenLayers, and GeoServer.  Must be eligible for
     a TS/SCI security clearance.</div>
