About the UMBC Residential Life Housing Portal
We encourage students to log into their housing portal regularly to keep up-to-date about life as a Residential Retriever. The Housing Portal is for current and newly admitted UMBC students to:
- Apply for housing
- Review room & roommate information
- Complete forms and requests related to on-campus housing
- Review updates and reminders about on-campus housing
- Recieve messages and reminders for residential students

As spring semester comes to an end, we encourage students to begin planning for their upcoming academic year housing needs.
Current UMBC Students

Newly Admitted Undergraduates
Newly admitted undergraduates for Fall 2024 are guaranteed on-campus housing, if they submit their application, license and reservation fee by May 15, 2024. To learn more please visit reslife.umbc.edu/apply/new-student/
