Help improve safety and community at UMBC
As our community works to improve sexual assault prevention and response, the University Steering Committee (USC) is seeking input on specific ways in which UMBC can become a safer, more supportive learning community for all.

The USC invites you to share your comments and recommendations by filling out the survey below on how to make the campus safer and how to improve our community and campus environment. Our goal is to engage with the broader campus community to ensure all perspectives are heard and considered during this important work.

Disclaimer
This is a challenging topic, and we encourage you to seek support if needed. There are many resources related to sexual misconduct available on campus and in the community that offer confidential medical support, confidential psychological/emotional support, and interim protective measures (e.g., no-contact orders, housing options, academic concerns). For emergency situations, contact campus police via 410-455-5555 or local police via 911.

This form is not intended for purposes of reporting sexual assault or relationship violence. Reports and/or complaints involving Title IX matters should be promptly transmitted to the Campus Title IX Coordinator in the Office of Human Relations. The Coordinator may be reached via bhoye@umbc.edu or 410-455-1606.

Additional information and resources related to Title IX matters can be found on humanrelations.umbc.edu.
