RetrieVets October Meeting (Fall 2019)

This will be our second RetrieVets meeting! We will discuss:
- VA education benefits (Tim Rochford, UMBC's new VA Certifying Official, will be attending to introduce himself and answer any questions you may have)
- Active membership requirements
- Fundraising (paracord bracelets, GroupRaise)
- Events (Veterans Day with OCSS, Vetsgiving Potluck)
- What direction you want this organization to go in
- What you'd like to gain from active membership
Sgt Cheatem, the new Community Resource Liaison for the UMBC Police Department, will also be attending to introduce himself.
Sarah Khanna from the school newspaper, The Retriever, will also be attending; she is writing an article about us.
