UMBC Interpreter/Transcription Request Form
UMBC's Student Support Services (SSS) is able to coordinate interpreters/transcribers or related services for UMBC students, staff, faculty and/or departments for events only if the request is complete, accurate and timely. Academic events for UMBC deaf and hard of hearing students are covered by SSS.  Non-Academic events can be coordinated by SSS but must be paid by the requesting party.  Requests for interpreter/transcribers should be made with as much advanced notice as possible.  Requests made with less than 4 business days may not be processed at all.
