Dear Colleagues,
We are excited to be undergoing a rigorous needs assessment process this Spring to understand the learning & development needs of our employees. We have conducted multiple focus groups and wanted to also share an opportunity for feedback via an anonymous survey. We appreciate your honest and thoughtful feedback.
The survey should take on average 10 minutes to complete and aggregated themes will be shared with campus leadership. We thank you in advance for your consideration in this process. By understanding your unique needs, we can adequately partner with you on your professional development journey.
In partnership,
UMBC Talent Learning & Organizational Development
