The Bridging AI and Quantum Symposium brought together researchers from across UMBC and external collaborators on September 10, 2026, to explore emerging opportunities at the intersection of artificial intelligence and quantum science. Jointly organized by UMBC's  Center for Accelerated Real Time Analytics (CARTA), Quantum Science Institute (QSI), and Center for AI, the day-long program featured talks, networking, and breakout discussion sessions.
