Mental Health Community Action Day: Group Fitness Pop Up
Move that body...calm the mind.
Zumba and Yoga can be stress relieving practices. By concentrating on your movements, your mind calms and your body responds. Join two of the RAC’s newest instructors for an equipment free opportunity to move your body! We’ll start with Zumba at 1pm and wrap up with Yoga at 1:30. Come for both, or drop in for your favorite. No need to get changed, classes are designed to accommodate you in your work attire!
This event will be held outside the RAC. In the event of inclement weather, this event will move indoors to a RAC group fitness room.
This event is being held in connection with the UMBC's Mental Health Community Action Day
