Tax season is here! We've moved to a 100% virtual model and we are on track to open for clients on February 6. In the mean time, you should be:
Completing your training and IRS exam so you are certified by Feb 6
Attend a "tech training" meeting so you are ready for the virtual format
At the tech training meeting, we will also talk a bit about communication skills. These will be more important than ever as we do much of our client communications via phone. In preparation, please watch this video before the meeting: https://youtu.be/_kz6pLW7fYA
