On February 19, the White House issued an Executive Order, Commencing the Reduction of the Federal Government, which directs the termination of the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program. PMF Program shutdown activities are underway. The PMF Program Office is working with OPM colleagues to provide further guidance to agencies and Fellows on the impacts. Additional guidance (communications and FAQs) will be provided once available.

All PMF TMS user access will be discontinued Friday, March 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) (2 days, 21 hours, 34 minutes from now)

Program Participants (e.g., Fellows and Alumni) are advised to update their contact information and download any documents and certificates posted on the Apply Site. Fellows from the Class of 2021 and 2022 who have been recorded as Certified or Converted may obtain a Certificate of Completion under the "View Appointment Info" screen. There will not be a Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2022.

Welcome to the PMF Program's Talent Management System (PMF TMS). The PMF TMS consists of two parts: (1) the Apply Site, which is used by Applicants, Semi-Finalists, current Finalists, current Fellows, and Alumni; and (2) the Portal Site, which is used by the PMF Program Office and registered Federal agency users. This Apply Site is initially used by individuals interested in applying to the PMF Program. To log in to the Apply Site, see login options below.
