FBI - Info Session

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) will be visiting campus to connect with UMBC to discuss the FBI's Collegiate Recruitment Program. The FBI has MANY job openings available and will be identifying candidates to interview.

INTERVIEWS WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY (December 4th). Conditional offers will be extended within 72 hours.
The FBI is seeking talented and diverse candidates who are interested in joining the FBI to be hired through its Collegiate Recruitment Program. The FBI will be visiting colleges and universities throughout the country to recruit highly motivated graduating seniors, recent graduates, and veterans for entry level positions (GS 7/9 level).
Current students and alumni that have been out of school for 2 years or less with any interest in working for the FBI now or in the future should attend this event!
The FBI is a law enforcement and domestic intelligence agency, made up of more than 32,000 employees, charged with protecting and defending the United States against terrorist and foreign intelligence threats; upholding and enforcing the criminal laws of the United States; and providing leadership and criminal justice services to federal, state, municipal, and international agencies and partners.
Collegiate Recruitment Program Qualifications:
>Be a U.S. citizen
>Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
>Enrolled in or attended a college or university that is accredited by one of the regional or national institutional associations recognized by the United States Secretary of Education
>Pursuing an undergraduate or higher level degree with an anticipated graduation date of August 2015, or
Have received an undergraduate or higher level degree within the past 2 years (August 2013 - August 2015), or
>A Veteran who received an undergraduate or higher level degree within the past 6 years (August 2009 – August 2015)
The FBI has many entry-level positions for graduating seniors and recent college graduates with a variety of backgrounds. These positions exist in many areas of the FBI, including counterterrorism, finance, human resources, and security. Examples of the job categories are listed below.
