We are offering both in-person and virtual groups, as well as many groups that will remain open for participants throughout the semester. Additionally, students are invited to a workshop with Dr. Tina Chen, who will be visiting campus this Fall 2024 as part of our Global Asias Conversation series! Dr. Chen is the director of Penn State's Global Asias Initiative and founding editor of Verge: Studies in Global Asias. On Thursday, October 10, 2024, from 10am-11:30am we will host a Student Workshop / Breakfast. Tina Chen will lead students in a discussion of an assigned reading and explore student interest in Global Asias, Asian American and diaspora, and Asian Studies.
