Less than 15 minutes to campus and within the route of UMBC
I am a PhD student living in a separate room in a two room apartment. I have another room for sub-let. It has a bed frame and mattress which I am willing to loan to prospective occupant.
The apartment offers shared Bathroom, Kitchen, and Living room. The location is off Yale Avenue, within the route of the public transportation and the UMBC Shuttle.
The sub-lease rent is $600 (includes monthly lease rental, BGE plus internet). In addition, a one -time security deposit of $550 is required to be paid before moving in.
No Pet. No smoking or drugs. A free parking lot.
I have preference for a male graduate student.
I need someone who is ready to move in immediately (Spring 2024).
