Calling all Retriever Entrepreneurs - You are invited!
The CBIC final event will be held TOMMORROW, April 17th, at 5:30pm at bwTECH South so be sure to mark your calendars!
This event showcases the finalists from this year’s competition entries. The CBIC is an opportunity for UMBC students who are serious about starting a business or social impact venture to pitch their idea to a panel of judges to win money to help launch their venture.
A reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be held from 5:30 - 6:30pm prior to the event for attendees to meet alumni entrepreneurs, fellow students, and community members interested in entrepreneurship.
Free transportation will be available to and from the CBIC to ensure everyone can join us! A bus will meet in front of the flagpoles by the Administration Building. Pickup times to bwTECH are: 5:15pm, 5:45pm, and 6:15pm. The bus will return to campus at 8:45pm.
Everyone attending the CBIC will receive a special 25th Anniversary Alex. Brown Center t-shirt! We can’t wait to see you for an exciting evening of innovation and entrepreneurship!
