    <div>We would like to inform all members that we will be running our first executive board elections very soon! All information on the criteria needed for running will be provided in the interest form linked below. </div>

    <div><strong><u><em>PLEASE FILL IT OUT BY SATURDAY APRIL 12TH, 11:59PM!! </em></u></strong></div>
    <div><br></div>
    <div>Once you have filled out the interest form, you will be sent a follow up email requiring you to make a 1-2 minute video explaining why you think you are the best fit for your chosen position. That video will have to be submitted in a folder that has a deadline of <strong>APRIL 26TH</strong>. Positions that will be open are, Social media manager, Historian, Event coordinator, and Secretary.</div>

    <div>The folder of all applicants' videos along with a google form to vote will be open to all of Fashion Club on <strong>MONDAY APRIL 28TH </strong>and closed at the end of the day <strong>WEDNESDAY APRIL 30TH. </strong>

    <h5><span><p><span>Applications are open for the Women's, Gender, &amp; Equity Center's undergraduate internship opportunities! </span></p>

    <p><span>The Women's, Gender and Equity Center offers for-credit internships for the fall semester with the potential to be considered for a paid position for the following spring semester. People on our student staff team work with us in a supportive and collaborative environment, advancing gender equity at UMBC and achieving their own personal/professional goals. </span></p>
    <p><strong>Internship Eligibility:</strong></p>
    <em><ul>
    <li><span><em>Undergraduate</em> student at UMBC enrolled for Fall 2024 and intending to enroll for Spring 2025</span></li>
    <li><span>Academic good standing (cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above; a lower GPA <em>does not disqualify applicants</em> but will require a conversation regarding academic support)</span></li>
    <li><span>Commitment to the Women's, Gender, &amp; Equity Center's mission to advance gender equity from an intersectional feminist perspective at UMBC</span></li>

    <div><span>Our annual commemoration of student orgs, CelebratingOrgs, is coming up! Join us on May 1st from 6-9 p.m. in Commons Skylight to celebrate everything our student orgs do for the campus community! </span></div>

    <span>Part of this event is an award ceremony, in which student orgs who demonstrated exceptional efforts in various areas will be recognized! <Title>Update on Paper Timesheet Procedures</Title>

    <div class="html-content"><div>Greetings,<br><br>We would like for all departments that we service to begin using the University's temporary timesheet DocuSign process, effective <strong>4/20/2025.</strong> After that date, we will no longer be accepting the current AAOU SSC fillable timesheet document from our units.<br><br>We are in the process of being added as our own Payroll Option in the DocuSign drop down menu but until that occurs, please use the attached instructions below. Once we have been added we will issue an updated MyUMBC post with updated guidance if necessary. Please make sure to thoroughly review this document. <br><br>Major differences between the processes include listing internal timesheet approvers <em>and</em> internal AAOU SSC point of contact (ideally the person who submits RT tickets on your departments behalf) in the DocuSign envelope.<br><br>Once the DocuSign timesheet is completed, departments are still required to send the completed timesheets through our RT system per the timesheet deadline calendar. <br><br>If you have any questions or concerns regarding these process updates please submit a General Inquiry RT ticket.<br><br>Thank you!<br><br>-<em>AAOU SSC Team</em>
