First Official anime meeting tonight!

Hello anime fans, new and old alike!

Whether you’re new to the club or returning to us for the nth time, welcome to the Spring 2023 semester of the UMBC Anime Society! This semester, we are back in person! However, we are still online as well: the Anime Society is hybrid this semester, running simultaneously in-person and online, for those who want to prioritize safety or can’t make it in-person.

Our first official meeting will be today! February 10 at 6pm-11 in Admin 101 and on the Viewings channel in the Discord Server. (They're hybrid meetings!) This is an important meeting, as it is where we will be introducing the club, our policies, etc, which will happen at the beginning of the meeting. After that, we’ll be watching anime picked by the officers, including a secret movie selection! You do not have to be there the whole time, but we do recommend attending the beginning at least, so you can get that important information.

We will post the scheduled viewing form soon, so keep an eye out for that! For those of you who do not know what our scheduled viewings are or what this form is about, we will explain it during the meeting tonight, so please come and have your questions answered!

Please see the attached map if you don't know where we are meeting!

We hope to see you tonight!
