I'm looking for a new roommate to share my 2-bedroom 1-bath apartment at The Timbers in Catonsville (~5min drive to campus). It's a spacious first floor apartment with a renovated kitchen and a window view of a UMBC shuttle stop. There is a Shoppers, Subway, and Dunkin ~5min walk. Across the Balt. Ntl. Pike, there is Safeway, Lowes, Great Wall etc.

Total utilities have run around $50/mo, water fee $17/mo, and internet $35/mo. Laundry is $2wash $2dry, in building also on 1st floor.

The office does a credit check but there is a student deal and a discount.

About me: I'm a 30yr old female grad student in Public Policy who is very clean, quiet, and cooks at home a lot.

Rudy de Leon Dinglas, Public Policy student (pictured 2nd from right), participated in the annual NASPAA-Batten Student Simulation Competition held at George Mason University this weekend.  Similar competitions were held simultaneously at different sites throughout the world.

It's a day-long event that allows graduate students in public policy and related fields to employ their knowledge in a realistic simulated situation, honing skills in critical thinking, negotiation, and  leadership.

Unanimously nominated by his team to be the City Manager, Rudy led his team through several iterations of the simulation, ultimately drafting a high-level memo and presenting their recommendations during the competition.

Rudy and his team won FIRST PLACE and holds the highest simulation score globally for this year!
