You may notice some initial slowness when you first run reports, it should speed up after that. That's completely normal and fine.  

As previously mentioned, this upgrade doesn't change any of your day-to-day use of REX. The new differences are the logo changing from red to yellow, and you no longer need to enter AD\ when logging in! We're so very excited about that last one. This upgrade enables us to continue to deliver rich functionality and data to the campus.

Clean, Quiet, & Close to campus

We are looking for a roommate who wants to live in a peaceful and professional environment! Very close to campus -- clean and quiet -- safe neighborhood



We are located 1.2 mile away from UMBC and a mile from I-95 for very convenient travel by car. There is also a UMBC shuttle stop directly by the house.  


The room is a great size and it is very bright with two large windows. There are two closets for lots of storage space. The room does not share walls with any other bedrooms, so it is very nice and private.  Additionally, the carpet is new since the whole house has recently been refinished. It is located on the second level of the house and the bathroom is shared with one other person. There are two people total in the house and we are very quiet, respectful, and clean.


The main floor is a common space that includes a half bath, the kitchen, washer/dryer, and the living room. We try to be respectful and organized so these spaces are always kept tidy. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, laundry, etc. 


For groceries and shopping, there is a Walmart, Giants, and Costco nearby. Arundel Mills Mall is just ten minutes away.  


We are focused on our studies and are very easy to live with.  We are looking for a person who also wants to live in a clean, quiet place. We ask that there is no smoking, pets, or parties. UMBC students preferred. 


Rent is $600 + evenly shared cost of utilities.
