Q&A: Zuly Gonzalez is 'ramping up customer base' for Light Point Security

Light Point Security, a Baltimore-based cyber security firm, was among 25 startup companies recently selected from more than 500 applicants to participate in the Wall Street Journal’s “Startup of the Year” documentary. The company has also received awards from the RSA Conference, a major security industry conference; and the Howard County Tech Council.

Zuly Gonzalez, the co-founder and CFO/COO of Light Point, is a former information assurance engineer and security vulnerability analyst for the federal government. She works with co-founder and CEO Beau Adkins, a former information security specialist for the U.S. Department of Defense.
