FOUND - Blue & green lunchbox(?) with butterfly pictures

I found what looks like a lunchbox in Room 102 of the Engineering building. It has patterns of butterflies on it. It was there for a few weeks, and I MOVED IT OUT INTO THE ROTUNDA on Thursday May 8th evening near the men's room so that it's more visible and accessible. I put a slip of paper in front of it, labelling:
"LOST & FOUND

I DO NOT KNOW IF IT HAS BEEN MOVED AGAIN.

Thank you, and you're welcome.

Today, we are struggling to recruit enough members. We are now accepting anyone who is an undergraduate student who would like to learn how to sail. This is a great opportunity to travel to locations throughout the East Coast, make friends from other Universities, and learn how to sail on the Chesapeake bay. Many of our members continue sailing after college, and go on to sail beyond Baltimore.
What is required from new members? We ask that you are eager to learn and we will do the rest! <Tagline>Walk to Campus! Shared space with 3 other guys</Tagline>

    OWNER BIO

Greetings!
I'm a UMBC alum and former adjunct instructor. This is a house my family and I used to live in for many years and is very cozy. We now rent the house to young professionals and students. I have rented to
undergrad and grad students on and off for nearly 20 years in a couple different properties.

    HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Walking distance, 5 minutes to UMBC! (1-2 minutes driving) - literally 4 blocks from campus.

This is a SHARED TOWNHOUSE w/3 other renters.

Seeking ONE individual renter for one bedroom in upstairs of townhouse.
(small sized bedroom: 8x10 sized room)

$625/month

1.5 baths, so you will share shower with 3 others, but you only have to share bathroom with 2 other persons.

Seeking working professional or ideally, a UMBC student. No couples or kids, sorry.

Semi-furnished first floor, but open to your furniture if you wish to
bring. Shared kitchen, dining, living room & deck.

BGE (gas, electric) would be split between renters. Typically
    $30-60/month (split up)

Verizon would also be split: $20/month for internet and cable.

Water utility and mowing included (no charge to tenants)

1 year lease with auto-renew option available. Husband and wife that
also rent a small property locally in Relay. Not a big "landlord" type
of deal or company - very personable yet experienced.

    Thanks for your interest!
