Ah yes the age old question, is bacon the one true miracle food?

If you’ve opened an internet browser any time in the last decade you’re probably familiar with Bacon Mania. (Apparently that’s the term for it now) 

So has it finally been proven? Is bacon the paragon of culinary genius as we’ve been lead to believe? 

Depends on who you ask.

According to Wired Magazine  and TheFoodNetwork bacon fits the bill of the All-American Miracle Food.  But some folk over at NPR seem to disagree.
